Peel and chop the Potatoes into chunks , trim and halve the Green Beans and prep the Garlic Clove (chop, grate, press). Grate the Cheddar Cheese and have the Onion Marmalade ready. Heat up a pan of water.

Add the Potatoes and Garlic Clove to the pan of water with a little salt. Cook until soft (for around 15 - 20 minutes). Preheat your grill to high.

In a frying pan add the Chicken Breast and Bacon Lardons. Fry for about 5 - 10 minutes or until golden brown.

On a baking tray transfer your Chicken Breast. Spread the Onion Marmalade onto the top of the Chicken Breast and sprinkle the Cheddar Cheese over the top. Pop under the grill for 5 minutes until the Cheddar Cheese has fully melted.

Add the Green Beans to the pan with the Bacon Lardons and toss together. Fry while you wait for the Chicken Breast under the grill. Drain the Potatoes and then mash with Butter.

Serve the Chicken Breast with the Bacon Lardons and Green Beans and a dollop of garlic mash. Optionally add a little Mayonnaise to your plate if you want to. Eat and enjoy!
